My passion for teaching is deeply rooted in my love for music, movement, and community. I’ve dedicated the past 17+ years to bringing people of all backgrounds and abilities together though movement.

PodWorkouts are easy to follow. The directions are all super clear and the structure of the workout flowed really well. The workouts are perfect for people who want to workout but may be hesitant. There's no pressure, and I still get the same instruction, motivation, and knowledge as I would from a trainer.
